3. Have QSO

with the countries of presence of ROSATOM SC


4. Upload a log

(adi) to HAMLOGS.NET



5. Get a diploma

in electronic form at HAMLOGS.NET


For radio amateurs from Russia and Europe it is required:

To have a QSO with RA75RA station

To have 10 QSO's with different regions of Russia from this list

To have QSO's with 10 countries of the world from this list

For radio amateurs from the other continents:

To have a QSO with RA75RA station

To have 5 QSO's with different regions of Russia from this list

To have QSO's with 5 countries of the world from this list

QSO with RA75RA station does not count towards Moscow.
